Get Results! Peace Love Boot Camp

If you’ve been reading for a while, you know I started working out.  I go to Peace Love Boot Camp 3 mornings a week and do whatever Sonya tells me to.

{This is Sonya- headed into a set of single-leg, inverted pushups.  No biggie.  Just a casual early morning workout.}

I promised a followup post back when I did Post 1 about Boot Camp where I would share my stats after sticking with it a while.  After 5 months of boot camp, here’s my progress:

{drum roll, please…..}

3.25 inches lost from my waist
3.25 inches lost from my hips
3.9% bodyfat lost {I’m in the healthy range now!}
10.4 pounds lost

Woot Woot!  I may even be starting to enjoy it.  {shh!  don’t tell anyone!}  And for those naysayers who wonder how I could be doing Boot Camp for 5 months and only lose 10 pounds, I’ll tell you in two words.  FOOD BLOG.  Which is, in three words, TOTALLY WORTH IT.  ;)

I tried to post my “before” picture, but it was being difficult, so I’ll just share a group “after” photo.  This “after” is after sweating for an hour at 7 am and we’re still smiling!  :)   If you’re in N St. Johns County, join us at Boot Camp for a healthier you.

  • Allie you have done awesome and I laughed at your “food blog” statement. I am so glad you started boot camp and are still doing it. We do have a fun group of ladies at 6am. Thanks for the awesome blog post too:) See you in the morning:)
